Arizona Vein and Laser Institute & Cosmetic Surgery is the leading center for the treatment of venous disease in the West Valley. When you call the center, you will be scheduled with the doctor without any delay and will be required to undergo an ultrasound of the legs (special reflux studies) to determine if you have an incompetent vein.

If you are a candidate for the EVLT treatment or any other treatment, a plan will be given to you by Dr. Sharma and after which time the staff members will provide all the necessary instructions. Please remember that all treatments are covered and paid for by insurance if it is deemed medically necessary. You will be responsible only for co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance amount or any other amount not covered under your plan.
